Making Disciples

We at Victory take the Great Commission personally. We value lost people. We are serious about spiritual growth. Therefore, we are committed to being disciples and making disciples. Every program and activity must be evaluated to see if it is producing disciples. The enemy is prepared to do everything possible to push us off this path because only disciples will become real leaders. Only disciples will pay the price to see God’s purposes established. In short, only disciples change the world.

Training Leaders

Every Victory church is called to make disciples, train leaders, and plant churches. Since leadership is one of the core values Victory Christian Fellowship is being built around, Every Nation Leadership Institute was established to help each local church equip leaders more effectively.

Planting Churches

The Strategy of the 2010 Initiative is for every local church to take responsibility for the vision and work of church planting. Though there is the need for extra local input and direction, each local church must feel the weight of this call. In the coming years, our desire is to help every local congregation become a strong apostolic base for church planting. We believe every Victory church can be a launching pad to send ministry teams into the ripe harvest fields of the world.
