Pastoral Service Requirements

Child Dedications
To participate in our regular group Child Dedication ceremony, the following are required:

• Filled-out Child Dedication Form, available at and to be submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Birth Certificate of the Child, submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Soft-Copy and Hard-Copy photos of the Child and Her/His Family
• Interview with a duly accredited Victory Fort pastor (schedule to be arranged by Pastoral Services)
• Attendance at Child Training seminar

The following are required for our pastors to perform a private child dedication ceremony:

• Filled-out Child Dedication Form, available at and to be submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Birth Certificate of the Child, submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Photos of the Child and Her/His Family (send soft copy to tin.clemente@victory.org.ph)
• Interview with a duly accredited Victory Fort pastor (schedule to be arranged by Pastoral Services)

Weddings

The following are required for our pastors to officiate a church wedding:

• Wedding Form, available at and to be submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Birth Certificates of Bride and Groom
• Interview with officiating pastor (to be scheduled by Pastoral Services office)
• Attendance at our Marriage Preparation seminar
• List of Principal Sponsors, submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Marriage License (with receipt), submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Form for Outside Wedding, available at and to be submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Venue Certificate (clarifying reserved venue), submitted to the Pastoral Services office
• Hard-Copy Photo of Couple
• Certificate of Marriage or Certificate of No Marriage (where applicable)

Funerals

The following are required for our pastors to perform necrological services:

• Funeral Form, available at and to be submitted to the Pastoral Services office
